SHIPPING: Please note that, at this time, our shipping is limited to New York State, and we only ship cookies, with no other products available for shipping. We do our best in packaging our cookies, however, we do not guarantee that cookies will not break during transport as we have no control over carriers. All of our cookies are individually sealed to lock in freshness and flavor and packaged with bubble wrap for shipping.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY: We offer pick-up in Brooklyn and delivery to addresses exclusively within New York City, specifically Brooklyn and Manhattan. Pick up is free, and delivery is $10. We will let you know when your cookies are ready and give you the full address for pick-up or get in touch to schedule the delivery.
PROCESSING: Please allow 3-5 days for processing. We will reach out as soon as your order is received to confirm design, payment, and additional details.
PAYMENTS: Please place your order by completing one or more forms available on our website. We accept payment by cash or Zelle. After submitting your order, we will contact you to arrange payment. Pick-up and delivery orders require a 50% deposit via Zelle, with the remaining balance payable either in cash or via Zelle, while shipping orders require full payment via Zelle.
DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit is required for all delivery and pick-up orders to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable unless the order is canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery. All deposits will be requested via Zelle.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that the deposit will not be refunded if delivery or pick-up orders are canceled less than 72 hours before the delivery date. However, the deposit will be refunded if the order is canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
FOOD ALLERGIES: Although an allergen may not be listed in our ingredients, please note that our treats are made in a kitchen containing known food allergens, including, but not limited to: wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
REFUND POLICY: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All baked good sales are final due to the perishable nature of baked goods. Purchase from this shop confirms your acceptance of these terms. We also reserve the right to deny any order.
