1️⃣ How do I place an order?
Order directly through our website, DM us on Instagram, or email us. If ordering on the website, please use the form in the order section or the forms available on the product pages.
2️⃣ How can I pay?
- Cash on pickup or delivery (50% deposit via Zelle required)
- Full payment via Zelle
3️⃣ How much is delivery?
- Delivery: $10 flat rate (Brooklyn & Manhattan only)
- Pickup: Always free!
4️⃣ Where are you located?
We’re located in Brooklyn, 11224. Once we receive your request and discuss your order, we’ll provide the full address if you choose pickup.
5️⃣ How much in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible and allowing at least 3–5 business days for processing. Please note that we may be unable to accommodate last-minute or urgent requests.
6️⃣ Do you offer custom cookies?
Yes! We create custom cookies for any occasion. Please reach out via Instagram, email, or our website, and we’ll gladly discuss your ideas.
7️⃣ Do you make printed cookies?
Yes! We print on edible icing sheets and attach them to cookies. This allows us to print photos of loved ones or company logos. We’d be happy to create custom printed cookies for you!
8️⃣ I submitted the form, what happens next?
Thank you for submitting your order! We’ll reach out to you as soon as possible. Please double-check that your email and/or phone number are correct. We’ll go over any customizations, confirm the final price, and schedule your pickup or delivery date.
9️⃣ Do you offer any discounts?
